Vancouver Wedding Photographers

There were so many things going on for Dan and me at Lori and Ivan’s wedding.  Things like seeing a girlfriend from high school for the first time in 7 years (one of the bridesmaids), recognizing another bridesmaid who also was from my high school, recognizing one of the groomsmen who was classmate of mine from a marketing class at Langara about 6 years ago, finding out that Van & Eric were going to be at the wedding (Van was the official wedding planner for the day!) and then finding out Lori & Van know various other people we photographed: Joseph & Shelly , Fiona & Martin …I think a few others that I can’t remember.  I think we ought to map out on paper how clients are all connected to each other, I think we’d have one large web!

Aside from being surprised throughout the day, it was our first time shoot at the Convention Centre downtown.  We had always tried to get in during an e-session, and so to have exclusive access to the entire building was super cool.  We didn’t even venture outside (it was also stinkin’ hot our and there was a majority vote to stay indoors).

We were happy to see Hey Rev as we haven’t seen him in a while!  Lori and Ivan had two roast pigs for guests during the cocktail hour as well – awesome!  SO GOOD!   We had a great time hanging out with Lori and Ivan and their wedding party.  Naturally I get to know the girls a bit better than the boys, and vice versa with Dan.  Ladies – you were so much fun They made sure we got our drink tickets =D  Thanks for taking care of us!
