Vancouver Wedding Photographers

It was exactly one year ago that Amie & Matt booked us for their wedding this coming June.  They were one of our first bookings for 2013 and we all hit it off really well from day one.  We found out we had some mutual friends, and we planned nearly the same trip to Europe within weeks of each other last May!

We were really touched when Amie and Matt approached us regarding their e-session and wanted to spend an entire day with us!  Literally, an entire day.  They got engaged in Whistler!  Matt proposed to Amie at Meadow Park , and they share so many memories there together.

Amie and Matt had the whole day planned out for us.  Since they both spend lots of time in Whistler, they know quite a few little gems around the area and they introduced us to a cute little bakery called Pure Bread and treated us to some deeeelicous treats.  They took us to Crepe Montagne for some very filling crepes for a good and hardy meal before trekking in the snow Matt scored some free Peak to Peak gondola passes from his work, and we made the trip up Whistler mountain – stunning views!!

We had some fun in the gondolas going Peak to Peak through clouds and then clear patches.  After the mountain, we headed over to Meadow Park and Rainbow Park for some beautiful scenic shots, then back to the village to warm up with some David’s Tea .  Shout out to the gals working there who were so kind and so accommodating and gave us free teas

By then, we were all pooped and cold, ready to call it a day, and pretty sure they were sick of us and our silly jokes. But no!  We went to Sachi Sushi in the Village and chatted away even more It really means a lot to us when we get to truly know our couples and end up as friends!
